Our coaches will illuminate the important differences between American & Chinese business culture, and use this knowledge to help you build meaningful and productive relationships with your American colleagues. All the while you will simultaneously develop your confidence and fluency.

    Our coaches will use an inquisitive and conversant approach to address some of the most common problems facing Chinese professionals who are working for a global American (or other similar western) company including:
    - What are the key differences between Chinese and American business cultures that impact my ability to deal effectively with my American (and Western) colleagues?
    - How can I build meaningful relationships with my American (and western) colleagues?
    - How do I overcome my cultural modesty and shyness which limit my assertiveness and confidence?
    - How can I better persuade and influence my American (and western) colleagues?
    - How can I get more comfortable and more effective when handling difficult topics or disagreeing?
