    • I’ve finished my last session with Rita last Sunday, and it’s really very hard to say “goodbye” because for most of my ILE coaching sessions courses you were together with me. I’m very glad and lucky to be your coachee! You are really an excellent coach, and I’ve learned a lot from you, not only for work but also for life. You are very skilled to encourage your students to express their own opinions and give them time to think. You are also an expert in helping the student to build confidence. I appreciate you that you spent so much time to guide me how to present PPTs effectively, and all the necessary presentation skills including voice pitch (up and down), tone, and volume. All these benefit me a lot. I certainly will use what I learned from our coaching sessions in my daily work, and I sincerely hope I can have the opportunity to learn from you again in future. Thanks for your patience during this time! I wish you happiness every day and keep healthy!

    • I am very lucky I have Rita as my coach for our company's training program! Rita coached me on key communication skills for the business environment. She also often shared her own experiences and really helped me to better understanding the differences between US and China, and I enjoyed so much of it. Rita was diligent in clarifying the action for me to take to improve, and followed up to make sure I was executing well. To help me improve my writing, she edited my emails and reports, then discussed why she made these edits. So after one year's coaching from Rita, I significantly improved my business presentation skills and enjoyed the process a lot!

    • Dear Rita, I am writing to share with you some news that is both good and bad. The bad news is that I completed all my coaching sessions with ILE, and will not meet up with you online anymore, The good news is that learned so much of from you! I improved my people skills, and leadership ability. Here are some of the key skills I learned from you: • To put myself in other people’s shoes • To step back • To be patient • To think bigger Additionally, you shared with me your personal experiences with culture clashes between Western and Eastern cultures. You also gave me lots of good advice on how to tackle the challenges that I have encountered at work. Each time I would review the notes from our sessions, I realized that during class, you routinely introduced me to some new concept, of which I would take note. As I mentioned earlier on our sessions, I was concerned that my age would prevent me from learning new things. I was especially doubtful that I could improve my English in any meaningful way. Furthermore, for a middle-aged adult, adapting to new challenges is very hard. For instance, I realized that I sometimes have a tendency to be stubborn and inflexible. And you encouraged me to be patient. Your encouragement made a subtle – but significant – difference in my attitude: namely my persistence. Even though I will no longer be taking ILE classes, I will continuously work towards developing them in the future. I was very blessed that ILE assigned you to be my coach!

      Jacky Chen, Rockwell Automation

    • Dear Rita, It's been such a great experience working with you in the past months that I can not say “Thank You” enough! You started by understanding my business challenges and then customized the coaching with 3 focus areas—Communication, Leadership Skills and Emotional Intelligence—which fit my need perfectly. The content that you shared with me has been super-helpful. I also liked starting our each lesson with "the reflection on this week" and then having some discussions which not only helps me to practice how to frame things in a better way but also makes me reflect on how I can do better next time if I face the similar challenge. Thanks again and have a wonderful week. Best, Landy
